Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Saturday that a national lockdown will commence in England from 12:01am on Thursday 5 November, British Equestrian is working with its Member Bodies to seek clarity on aspects of the announcement, and its impact on equestrian sport and the wider industry, from Sport England and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).
We know that there are many people with questions and therefore, as soon as further details become available, we will share this information and offer further clarity to the equestrian community. We also await the outcome of the vote on the lockdown requirements by Parliament for confirmation of the measures.
