The FEI oversees around 70 Rankings and Standings across all the disciplines, from World Rankings calculated on a monthly basis for Athletes, Horses and/or Combinations, to league, team and regional based standings for Series such as the Longines League of Nations™, FEI World Cup™ and FEI Nations Cup™, as well as a variety of youth categories, among others.
You will find below a snapshot of the main movers and shakers for the month of August 2025 in the senior World Rankings, as well as a special spotlight on the FEI Dressage World Youth Ranking - U25 for this month’s special “Ranking Spotlight”.
Kent Farrington (USA) remains as world number one three months after reaching the top spot, with a tally of 3,359 points, followed by Great Britain’s Ben Maher, just 175 points behind. Christian Kukuk (GER) ascends to the top three with 3,064 points. Steve Guerdat (SUI) also rises in the rankings and is now fourth, on 2,975 points, while Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) closes the top five with 2,908 points.
Following his victory at the Longines FEI Jumping European Championship, Richard Vogel (GER – 2,884 points) is now sixth after climbing three positions, followed by Scott Brash (GBR – 2,812 points), who has climbed from 12th spot and is now seventh. USA’s McLain Ward drops to eighth with 2,773 points, while Ireland’s Daniel Coyle is now ninth on 2,748 points. Simon Delestre (FRA) closes the top 10 with a tally of 2,745 points.
For the seventh consecutive month, USA (14,776 points) maintains its position as leader of the Longines League of Nations™ Ranking. Ireland (14,135 points) remain chasing to the leaders, but a bit far behind than last month (641 points). France (13,733 points), Germany (13,6998 points), Belgium (13,065 points), Great Britain (13,012 points) and Netherlands (11,890 points) remain third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh respectively.
Switzerland (10,979 points) has recovered the eighth spot lost to Italy a month ago, while the Italians are now ninth, on 10,669 points. Brazil remains in the last qualifying spot for the Longines League of Nations™ 2026, on 9,394 points, followed by Sweden, 11th with 8,688 points.
Great Britain’s Charlotte Fry retains the top spot of the FEI Dressage World Ranking (1,939 points) for the second month in a row. Germany’s Isabell Werth is second with 1,811 points while Justin Verboomen (BEL) keeps on climbing in the ranking and ascends to the third spot, with 1,805 points. Becky Moody (GBR – 1,770 points) retains her fourth spot, while her fellow countryman Carl Hester has climbed 89 positions to claim the fifth spot with 1,636 points
Charlotte Fry’s 14-year-old black stallion Glamourdale is the leader of the world rankings with 1,939 points closely followed by Zonik Plus (1,805 points) and Jagerbomb (1,770 points) who are now second and third respectively. DSP Quantaz has dropped to fourth (1,688 points), followed by Fame, Carl Hester’s Stallion, who has climbed to fifth on 1,636 points.
No changes in the top five of the rankings. For the third consecutive month Harry Meade (GBR) remains in the lead with 588 points. Rosalind Canter (GBR - 550 points) is to second, followed by New Zealand’s Tim Price in third, 75 points behind Canter. USA’s Boyd Martin is fourth with 452 points, ahead of Great Britain’s Tom McEwen, who maintains the fifth place with 408 points.
The top positions in the FEI Driving World Rankings Four-in-Hand, and Singles remain unchanged. In the Four-in-Hand division, reigning World Champion Boyd Exell (AUS) continues to dominate with 223 points. In the Singles category, Marion Vignaud (FRA – 85 points) retains her leadership, while Stan van Eijk (NED – 122 points) is the new leader of the Pairs category after surpassing former number one Dennis Schneiders (GER).
France’s Virginie Atger holds for second consecutive month the top spot of the FEI Endurance Riders World Ranking with 1,173 points. Her compatriots Melody Theolissat is second, on 1,099 points, followed by Philippe Tomas (FRA), with 966 points, making it a fully French top three. In the Endurance Trainers' World Ranking, Mohammed Ahmad Ali Al Subosi (UAE – 1,266 points) remains the world number one followed by France’s Angel Lazes (1,104 points) and Switzerland’s Gabriela von Felten (1,075 points).
Team USA are leading the way in the senior Para Dressage Rankings: Fiona Howard (2,174 points) and Team USA (1,369 points) maintain the top spot in both Individual and Team rankings. Sara Morganti (ITA) has surpassed Rixt van der Horst Hart (NED) with 2,111 and 2,104 points respectively. Netherlands (1,362 points) and Germany (1,328 points) are second and third respectively in the Team ranking. Ireland’s Katie Reilly (1,218 points) leads the FEI Para Dressage U18 World Individual Ranking, followed by Clodagh Walsh (IRL), second with 1,073 points, and Elan Williams (GBR), third on 1,049 points.
Switzerland’s Tallulah Lynn Nater is the new leader of the FEI Dressage World Youth Ranking - U25. Her partnership with her 11-year-old black stallion Flynn FRH during the last edition of the FEI Dressage European Championship U25 in Kronberg (GER) proved really successful achieving three top five positions and catapulting her to the top of the world rankings, with a tally of 1,818 points.
