British Equestrian Dressage and Jumping Squads announced for CHIO Rotterdam

The following riders and horses have been selected to represent Great Britain in the FEI Nations Cup Teams at CHIO Rotterdam in the Kralingse Bos, 23 – 26 June.

CDIO5*

Richard Davison from Uttoxeter, Staffordshire with his own and Gwendolyn Meyer’s Bubblingh (bay gelding, 2006, Lingh x Picandt, KWPN).

Charlotte Fry based in Den Hout, the Netherlands (from Scarborough, North Yorkshire) with her own and Van Olst Horses’ Dark Legend (dark bay gelding, 2008, Zucchero x Tango, KWPN).

Gareth Hughes from Southam, Warwickshire with Claudine Kroll’s KK Dominant (bay stallion, 2009, Diamond Hit x Rubin Royal, OLDBG).

Lisa Marriott from Ormskirk, Lancashire with her own Valucio DH Z (bay gelding 2009, Va-Vite x Bollvorm’s Libero H, ZANG).

 The Grand Prix for the Nations Cup takes place on Thursday 23 June at 08:10 (BST) with Saturday (25 June) hosting the Special from 15.00 followed by the Freestyle at 18.10. The Chef d’Equipe for the team will be Caroline Griffith.

Rotterdam will be Great Britain’s second leg of four allocated Longines FEI Jumping Division 1 Nations Cups™ and the team will ride under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF.

Ellen Whitaker from Barnsley, South Yorkshire with Tilly Shaw’s Equine America Spacecake (black mare, 2012, Stakkatol x Kannan, OS)

Harry Charles from Alton, Hampshire with Stal Zet and Pembroke Holdings’ Stardust (bay mare, 2010, Chacco -Blue x Con Air 7, OS)

Jack Whitaker from Whatton in Nottinghamshire with Michael Whitaker's Equine America Valmy De La Lande (grey stallion, 2009, Myord Carthago x Frangance de Chalus, SBSF)

Jodie Hall McAteer from Borehamwood, Hertfordshire with Mandy Hall’s Salt’n Peppa (chestnut gelding, 2009, Stolzenberg x Escudo, HANN)

Joe Stockdale from Roade, Northamptonshire with Joy Cocklin and Laura Stockdale's Equine America Cacharel (bay mare, 2011, Cachas x Quinar Z, HOLST)

The Nations Cup competition takes place on Friday 24 June at 15:00 (BST) and the Chef d’Equipe for the team will be Di Lampard.
