Endurance GB announces squad for FEI European Championship 2023

Endurance GB has announced the five British horse and rider combinations for the FEI European Endurance Championships set to take place in in Ermelo, the Netherlands on 7 September this year.

Definite entries in alphabetical order by athlete surname:

James Dickinson (27), based in Billingshurst, West Sussex with his own Magdy (chestnut, Gelding, 13yrs, s. Spearmint)

Fiona Griffiths (63) based in Brecon, Powys with her own Balishla (grey, gelding, 17yrs, Ma Tiab x So Factual)

Rebecca Pinder (43) based in Sils, Girona, Spain with Amanda Kettlewell’s OSO Irazu (grey, gelding, 13yrs, s. SDA Silver Legend)

Nicola Thorne (52) based in Shipdham, Norfolk with her own L.I. Wallonia (grey, mare, 13yrs, L.I. Chawan x Pamir, Breeder: Fages des Iviers BEL)

Nicola also has her own Dayway Stream Bliss (bay, mare, 10yrs, Castlebar Gulfstream x Anthelios, Breeder: Marie Piriou FRA) as a reserve.

Carmine Villani (58) based in Littlehampton, West Sussex with his own Bayla D'Alluech (bay, mare, 12yrs, Nourkhan x Piruet, Breeder: Jean-Luc Sauvayre FRA)
