Thursday, 23 May 2024

The FEI, in cooperation with the Organising Committee of  the CPEDI3* in Hartpury (GBR) and the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA), is pleased to inform that para equestrian athletes with vision impairments (VI) will have the opportunity to be internationally classified on 01 July 2024 in connection with the CPEDI3* Hartpury.

National Federations are kindly requested to submit the VI classification requests to the Para Dressage department as soon as possible with the following documents:

All of the above forms can be found on the FEI Para Equestrian Classification webpage and must be completed in full, be legible and in English or with a signed translation in copy. All athletes, including athletes with a 'review status', must supply all of the above documents, which must be current, i.e. completed in the last 12 months. Please also indicate whether the athlete will be competing at Hartpury and be requiring transport to the classification.

As timings are very tight, we please ask that you send any classification requests as soon as possible.

Please be aware, that as previously communicated, the FEI also works alongside the IPC and IBSA to provide multi-sport VI classification opportunities, so please contact the Para Dressage department to be sent the list of multi-sport classification event if further opportunities are necessary.
