World Class Programme athletes make it a one-two on day one at Badminton Horse Trials

After much anticipation, this year’s Badminton Horse Trials, presented by Mars Equestrian, is finally underway. The field numbers 65 combinations, and all passed the first horse inspection yesterday in front of Badminton House, ancestral home to the Duke of Beaufort’s family since 1612, under the watchful eyes of the ground jury, comprising of Angela Tucker of Great Britain, Andrew Bennie of New Zealand and Xavier Le Sauce of France.
