Jenny joined the World Class Programme team in 2024 as a maternity cover. In July 2025, she was offered a permanent role as World Class Performance Pathways Coordinator. Jenny works in the talent development space alongside David Hamer, focusing on younger athletes on Podium Potential Pathway level, coordinating squad sessions and liaising with the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS).
Jenny has a background in horse racing and worked for Weatherbys for many years before moving to Sweden, where she worked as an assistant trainer and for Svensk Galopp. She has also worked for the British Horse Society (BHS) within British Riding Clubs – this role included project and event management.
