Vicky joined the World Class Programme Operations & Logistics team in May 2025 and works alongside Sophie and Alex as part of the “team behind the team.” After completing a degree in sports science, she spent several years grooming at an international eventing yard, where she gained first-hand experience at the elite level of equestrian sport.
Stepping outside the equestrian world, Vicky went on to work as a personal trainer and coach, before joining the National Disability Sport Organisation, British Blind Sport. There, she developed valuable insight into disability sport from grassroots participation through to elite performance.
Returning to equestrian sport has been a full-circle moment for Vicky, and she is thrilled to be back in the industry she loves.
