Georgia is a young showjumper who's based at Hickstead with Chloe and Shane Breen. Irish showjumper Shane has been one of Georgia's idols since she was young, so she considers it a real privilege to be training with him.
Georgia got into horses at a very young age through her parents – her mum is a dressage rider who’s trained with Carl Hester and her dad is a farrier. Her first pony was called Ronnie, a coloured 12.2hh who went on to the Charles and Williams families. Georgia didn't do much did serious jumping on the ponies, mainly just had fun, and did some eventing, too. It was when she got her first horse at the age of 11 that she started to take her jumping more seriously. She went to train with Charlotte Platt and Ronnie Healy, then with Shane. Since working with Shane, Georgia has won four- and five-star ranking classes, been double clear in a five-star World Cup, jumped on Young Rider and Senior Nations Cups, and went to the Young Rider European Championships to win team silver.
To relax, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. Georgia's favourite film is Dear John and her favourite dinner is a Sunday roast.
