Bella Innes Ker

Rider Profile

Name:
Bella Innes Ker
Location:
Dorset

I'm a young event rider who's normally known as 'the Scottish one'! I've now left my home in the Scottish Borders to set up my own business, Roxburghe Eventing, and  to base myself with William Fox-Pitt in Dorset. I completed university and graduated with a first class honours degree in Sports Management, which I know I can always fall back on if all else fails – I hope not, though! I'm a huge sports fan and was lucky enough to do a part-time internship at a sports marketing company, where I met a number of the Scottish rugby players and have continued to follow the sport very closely.

I have to be honest – I’m not much of a cooking goddess. However, I adore good food and eating out in yummy restaurants. I am pretty nifty when it comes to baking a cake, though, so you can see where my priorities lie!

I've been fortunate enough to represent Great Britain on three occasions and won two team gold medals. The biggest win and highlight of my whole career has to be winning Blenheim International CCI-L4* in 2018 and becoming the youngest winner in history. That week really showed that dreams can come true as I always dreamed of achieving a big senior win.
